CBT for stress
Negative thoughts can create stress or make situations seem more stressful. CBT helps to recognise and break the habit of thinking negatively leaving you with a set of tools and a strategy for coping with stress from day to day.

CBT for anxiety
It’s not nice feeling anxious but it is a normal emotion. CBT teaches you to understand the thoughts and feelings that influence anxiety and you’ll learn how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns.
CBT for depression
Thoughts and feelings play a fundamental role in our behaviour and mood. We cannot control every aspect of the world around us but using CBT together we can control how we interpret and deal with things in our environment.

Mindfulness
